Payment and the agreed scope
Website service fees are paid after completion. Your quote and written project agreement define the deliverables, revisions and any agreed changes. Please review the completed work and tell us about any mismatch with that scope. Paying an invoice does not remove your applicable rights.
Corrections come first
If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, email hello@mavericks.my with the project or invoice reference, the affected deliverable and a description of the issue. We will review it against the agreed scope and arrange the necessary corrections without an additional charge for remedying that mismatch. We will agree a reasonable correction timeframe with you.
When a refund applies
If corrections cannot resolve the mismatch, or the work still does not meet the agreed scope after correction, we will refund the affected service fees. The amount reflects the unfulfilled work and whether the rest of the agreed service remains usable; a full refund applies where the agreed service has not been delivered. We will explain the assessment and confirm the refund amount and processing arrangements in writing. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
New requests and third-party purchases
New features or changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted separately. Domain, hosting, software and other purchases made directly from third-party providers follow those providers’ refund terms. For bundled packages, any third-party costs relevant to a remedy will be explained as part of the assessment, subject to your applicable rights. The RM890 promotion excludes domain and hosting; those are purchased separately before we start.
How refunds are handled
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed in writing. We confirm the expected processing time by email; your bank or payment provider may require additional time. We do not set a fixed claim deadline in this policy that overrides your applicable legal rights.
